Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our fulfillment warehouse located in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.

 

By. Rahad is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

 

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped via…...discretion. 

We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of Saudi Arabia and are not included in your order’s total. By. Rahad assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
